Luddite pt.3

If anyone out there has the faintest idea how those counter things work ("this site has been visited 2,457,822 times") and knows where there is an idiot's guide to installing one, let me know would you?

I'd kind of like to know if this blog is being seen by anyone besides an Irish great-grandmother called Agnes and her pet hamster.

ADDENDUM: Okay, I figured it out! Now, if anyone can help me work out how to make it prettier down there, that would still be good.

Agnes couldn't care less, but the hamster has aesthetic scruples.
